Waidring Together – important information
Germany XXI is looking forward to celebrating the IC, EC, and our 25th anniversary in Waidring.
Here is some information for you to ensure everything runs smoothly and we can enjoy a fantastic Bike Week. It’s important that you make your reservations as indicated on the flyer, so either find your own accommodations or contact the tourism office for assistance.
It is very important that you book exclusively in the Pillerseetal valley—that is, in Waidring, St. Ulrich, Hochfilzen, and Fieberbrunn—because shuttle buses only run to and from those locations. Waidring is definitely the best option, as everything is within walking distance from there.

Please note: If you signed up via the link, you will receive a confirmation containing the payment details and your booking number.
The fees include all costs for the party tent and the program, a welcome beer, and 3 dinners in the tent (Thursday, Friday, Saturday).
You will receive a final written booking confirmation once payment of the fees has been received.
We strongly ask that you refrain from bringing hospitality gifts, we will not be handing any out to the chapters either.
Anyone who would like to make a donation to a good cause is welcome to do so.
