1974 – Founded in the USA

The Blue Knights® International Law Enforcement Motorcycle Club began in Bangor, Maine, when nine police officers started a local motorcycle group inspired by the TV series "The Blue Knight." Their main goals were safe, family-oriented riding and building camaraderie among law enforcement officers.
